Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to deliver your authentic Korean skincare products as quickly as possible. Here are our standard delivery timelines:
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3-5 business days via our trusted courier partners.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since we deal with authentic cosmetics and skincare products, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact.
- You must report any damaged, leaked, or incorrect products received within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video/photos.
- Change of mind is not applicable for skincare and cosmetic products once the package has been opened.
Order Cancellation
We process orders very quickly, but we understand that mistakes happen. You can cancel your order following these rules:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are handed over to the courier (usually within 2-3 hours of placing the order).
- Once an order is marked as "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to receive the parcel.
- To cancel, please immediately contact our support hotline.
Payment Methods
To make shopping easy for everyone in Bangladesh, we offer multiple secure payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay at your doorstep when you receive the product. (Advance delivery charge may be required for outside Dhaka).
- Mobile Banking: Secure payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard payments through our secure SSL gateway.
