Eligibility for Returns
Because we deal with sensitive skincare and cosmetic items, we maintain strict hygiene standards. You may return or exchange an item only if it meets the following criteria:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or with special promotional discounts are final sale and non-returnable.
- "Change of mind" is strictly not accepted as a valid reason for return once the product is delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with extreme care. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, we take full responsibility to make it right.
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the defect is mandatory for any claim.
- Without an unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject the damage or missing item claim.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
How to Request a Return
If your item meets our return policy criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email or hotline with your Order ID.
- Step 2: Provide clear photos and/or the unboxing video of the product and the shipping box.
- Step 3: Wait for our team to approve your request (usually within 24-48 hours).
- Step 4: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to hand over the product to our delivery partner.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card) or provided as Store Credit.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
